The event spaces in the hotel are in the original part of what was the Mansion House. All event spaces have natural daylight, and views across the river Tay.

The flexibility of our event spaces means there are number of set- up options to choose from.

Rooms can be set up to Banquet, Boardroom, Classroom, Theatre, or U shape. There are no hidden extras – we’ll include pens, pads, water, wifi, flip chart, and a screen.

Ballroom

Ballroom

This is the ideal Conference Room that can hold up to 320 people. The room is bathed in natural light due to the floor-to-ceiling bay windows facing the River Tay. An excellent PA system and good Wi-Fi connections are complimentary. It's a self-contained room with a bar, cloakroom, and toilet facilities.

Craig Suite

Craig Suite

Located in the original part of the former Mansion House, this room is perfect for gatherings of 20 to 70 people. The room can be partitioned to seat 35 people comfortably on each side. Facing south toward the River Tay, it has natural daylight and double aspect windows.

McIntosh Suite

McIntosh Suite

The McIntosh Patrick Room is ideal for small meetings or private dining. Surrounded by paintings of Dundee's own artist, McIntosh Patrick, it has natural daylight and a wall-mounted screen. The maximum capacity for the meeting is 25 Theatre Style.

Funeral Tea

Funeral Teas, Humanist Services and Memorial Gatherings can be both moving and uplifting events.

Our staff have years of experience at hosting such events and can assist you with your arrangements, ensuring that they do not add to the stress of losing a loved one.
