Invercarse - Meeting/Function Rooms

The flexibility of our function rooms at the Invercarse means we have a number of room styles for you to choose from, depending on the setup and layout that suit your needs.

Meeting Room Style/Capacities

Craig Suite

Located in the original part of the former Mansion House, this room is perfect for gatherings of 20 to 70 people. The room can be partitioned to seat 35 people comfortably on each side. Facing south toward the River Tay, it has natural daylight and double aspect windows.

McIntosh Suite

The McIntosh Patrick Room is ideal for small meetings or private dining. Surrounded by paintings of Dundee's own artist, McIntosh Patrick, it has natural daylight and a wall-mounted screen projector. The maximum capacity for the meeting is 25 Theatre Style.

Ballroom

This is the ideal Conference Room that can hold from 70 to 350 people. The room is bathed in natural light due to the floor-to-ceiling bay windows facing the River Tay. An excellent PA system and good Wi-Fi connections are complimentary.

Meeting Rooms

The meeting rooms in the hotel are in the original part of what was the Mansion House. Each room has natural daylight and views across the river Tay.

Rooms can be set up to Banquet, Boardroom, Classroom, Theatre, or U shape. There are no hidden extras - we'll include pens, pads, water, wifi, flip chart, and screen.
