Host your next meeting or event in bright and airy surroundings. The Craig Suite and McIntosh Patrick Suite are flooded with natural daylight, thanks to their south-facing position overlooking the beautiful River Tay. These spaces provide a bright and uplifting setting for any occasion.

With flexible layout options available, our meeting and event spaces can be tailored to suit your needs — whether you’re planning a board meeting or a special celebration.

For larger occasions, our magnificent Ballroom offers an impressive setting. Also south-facing, the Ballroom boasts impressive floor-to-ceiling bay windows leading out to the gardens, filling the room with natural light and providing a spectacular view of the River Tay. It provides a beautiful setting for unforgettable occasions. The Ballroom includes its own private entrance, bar area, cloakrooms, and accessible toilets.

Rooms can be set up as Banquet style, Boardroom, Classroom, Theatre, or U shape. There are no hidden extras – we’ll include pens, pads, water, WiFi, flip chart, and a screen.

Meeting Spaces at a Glance:

Ballroom

This is the ideal Conference Room that can hold up to 320 people. The room is bathed in natural light due to the floor-to-ceiling bay windows facing the River Tay. An excellent PA system and good Wi-Fi connections are complimentary. It's a self-contained room with a bar, cloakroom, and toilet facilities.

Craig Suite

Located in the original part of the former Mansion House, this room is perfect for gatherings of 20 to 70 people. The room can be partitioned to seat 35 people comfortably on each side. Facing south toward the River Tay, it has natural daylight and double aspect windows.

McIntosh Patrick

McIntosh Suite

The McIntosh Patrick Room is ideal for small meetings or private dining. Surrounded by paintings of Dundee's own artist, McIntosh Patrick, it has natural daylight and a wall-mounted screen. The maximum capacity for the meeting is 25 Theatre Style.

Funeral Tea

Funeral Teas, Humanist Services and Memorial Gatherings can be both moving and uplifting events.

Our staff have years of experience at hosting such events and can assist you with your arrangements, ensuring that they do not add to the stress of losing a loved one.
